Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
The Application, Focus Diary, is provided by FrizLabs (the Developer) on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Data is the information stored by the Application. Any statistics displayed may be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version on this page and updating the "Policy Updates" section.
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use Focus Diary in a way that interferes with the app's operation, attempts unauthorized access, or violates applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, Data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Application. The Developer's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €0 if you did not pay).
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
The Application and all related content and trademarks are owned by the Developer or licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
The Application may interact with third-party services (Google Play Billing). Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and the Developer is not responsible for them.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Application at any time. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms.
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time and may release updates without obligation to continue supporting prior versions.
All Data is stored locally using an on-device database (Room SQLite). The Developer does not operate servers and has zero access to your Data. Your Data remains on your device unless you choose to export it or enable cloud backup.
All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. The Developer never receives or stores payment card information.
Security of on-device Data depends on your device's security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption). We recommend enabling these protections.
Data can be deleted at any time by clearing all Data within the Application or in your device settings. Uninstalling removes on-device data.
We do not use analytics, trackers, or collect usage telemetry. Google Play may provide aggregated crash reports. If you contact support, we only receive what you share.
